Yes, you got that right! After receiving various feedback's in 2009, Miss OCD has decided to bring you a wider, bolder and more comfortable range of shoes for 2010 onwards! Our supplier calls them "Luxury Shoes" (but I'd like to think of them as luxurious and heaven sent shoes!) and trust me when I say this.. I actually touched, felt and tried them on and indeed they are LUXURIOUS in every single way! With comfort (think CUSHION!) and style all added up into ONE, who can resist? ;) I promise you, that you will NOT regret this purchase!

How fast do I have to wait for the shoes to arrive?

Batch 1 (8 Jan-14 Jan) : CLOSED
- order delayed till 18 Jan due to some unavailable stocks
- arrived on 22 Jan (only took 4 days to arrive!)

Batch 2 (21 Feb - 1 March) : CLOSED
- order delayed till 9 March due to some unavailable stocks (this period usually involves a lot of processing as stocks at supplier runs out super duper fast! it will depend on timing and luck. do bear with us and we can most certainly say that the wait is worth it!)
- arrived on 12 March (only took 3 days to arrive!)

Batch 3 (19 March - 28 March) : CLOSED
- order 1 arrived on April 2nd
- order 2 arrived on April 19

Batch 4 (26 April - 3rd May) : CLOSED
- order 1 arrived on May 10
- order 2 arrived on May 17

Terms & Conditions

1) All items sold are band new & imported
2) A minimum deposit of RM100 is required (per pair) or else order(s) made are void. Full amount of payments are welcomed.
3) Prices are strictly not negotiable
4) No more picture requests
5) Pay very close attention to the closing date. Any payments made after the closing date will be considered as the next batch
6) Meet ups are only available in Bukit Jelutong (Shah Alam)
7) Postage charges for luxury shoes are:
RM9 - West Malaysia
RM11 - East Malaysia

8) Because they are pre-ordered shoes, no refunds/exchanges are allowed.
- Sometimes items take longer to arrive (especially if they are a very popular design) because it is out of stock. In this case, we do not offer refunds because we have already paid the full amount for your shoes. What you can do now is wait patiently for your gorgeous shoes to arrive. Please understand this is a pre order and this is how it function. Thank you :)

This is the size chart that was provided to us by our supplier:
size 34(3) - 225mm (22.5cm)
size 35(4) - 230mm (23cm)
size 36(5) - 235mm (23.5cm)
size 37(6) - 24mm (24cm)
size 38(7) - 245mm (24.5cm)
size 39(8) - 250mm (25cm)

Please take note that cutting may vary from various designs and we are quite helpless in this because they are PRE-ORDERED shoes. Our supplier claims that sizes are based on general EURO sizes.

If any doubts arise on the shoe sizing, please email us. We have a record of what is slightly bigger and what is slightly smaller (But we only have this record for a number of shoes only as we have ordered them before and have actually tried them on)

Take note: If you are ordering more than 1 pair, please state it clearly in the email. Please separate details with at least an empty gap between order and personal details (name, contact number and address) This is because we receive quite a number of emails daily. We hope you can cooperate with us so that your shopping experience will transact smoothly :)

How to order?

Step 3: A reply via email from Miss OCD will provide you with the total payable along with banking details. Please take note that a minimum deposit of RM100/USD30/AUD34/SGD40 is required before the closing date. Full amount of payments are welcomed.
Step 4: You bank in the money via cash deposit/online banking (Malaysian buyers) or paypal (International buyers)
Step 5: You take a screen shot (for online transaction) or you snap a picture of the receipt (for manual transaction) and email the proof of payment back to me (for reference sake) For paypal transaction, this is not necessary as paypal will email us automatically :)
Step 6: Miss OCD will confirm your payment and will be placing your orders with the supplier.

Take note:
- Once your item(s) has arrived, an email will be sent to you as a reminder to pay up the remaining amount. For example: The shoes are RM190 and a deposit of RM100 has already been paid. You now need to bank in the remaining rm90.
- If a deposit has already been paid and a back out happens (Customer did not reply emails for more than 1 month) no refunds will be given thereafter.
- Your item(s) will arrive 5 days after the closing date and will be mailed out on Monday/Thursday (whichever is closest) -
- Please wait for your tracking number to be emailed to you.
- Items will take:
*1-2 days to arrive (for Malaysian address)
*Not more than 1 week for International Address*
